Spa Etiquettes & Guest Policy

Thank you for choosing LUMIÈRE Spa Downtown Vancouver. We look forward to welcoming you and providing an exceptional experience.
To help us ensure your visit is as relaxing and seamless as possible, please take a moment to review our guest policies.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

At LUMIÈRE Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service, we confirm all bookings 72 hours in advance.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Changes made within this window — including same-day cancellations or no-shows — will be charged the full service fee, as the time is exclusively reserved just for you.

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be applied toward your service or retained in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation.

Providing your credit card or gift card details at booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Respect for Your Scheduled Time

Each booking is tailored to your treatment goals. Last-minute changes to the services booked may not be possible, and fees will remain as per the original booking.

Quiet Treatment Room Policy

To ensure your ultimate relaxation and optimal results, certain parts of your service will be conducted in quiet. This allows you to fully unwind and enables your therapist to focus entirely on your treatment.

Phones & Electronic Devices

A spa visit is your time to disconnect and recharge. Please switch off all phones and electronic devices before your treatment begins to preserve your peace and the experience of other guests. Do not bring your phone to the facial table for hygenie reason.

Arrivals

Please arrive on time to enjoy the full benefit of your treatment. If you are running late, call us as a courtesy. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate the next guest.

Returns

Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

Gift cards, gift certificates, makeup, and skincare products are final sale.

If you have a concern with a skincare item, please contact us so we may assist you.

Gift Certificates

LUMIÈRE Spa gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion.

All gift cards and certificates are final sale and not redeemable for cash.

Wayspa gift cards/certificates are accepted for first-time clients only, for services up to $100 in value.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at your discretion and always appreciated. A portion of every gratuity is donated to VOKRA – Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue, in support of local cat rescue efforts.

Service Contraindications

Your safety and well-being are our priority. Please inform your therapist of any health concerns or medical conditions prior to your service.
